Our Projects

Smith/Packett has been one of the most successful developers of senior living communities in the U.S. Since 2015, Smith/Packett has developed over $1.6 billion in senior living communities, totaling fifty-five communities with over 8,400 residential units.  It is currently developing communities from Alabama to Georgia to Pennsylvania and Indiana. In 2023, four projects were completed with just under 700 units at a cost of $168 million. Smith/Packett is currently in the design stage of development for fourteen new communities spanning over ten states at a cost of $750 million.
