Harmony at Avon – Construction Completed on January 1, 2022

Smith/Packett has completed construction on Harmony at Avon, a senior living community situated on 20 acres at 2141 N. Dan Jones Road in Avon, NJ. Harmony at Avon features 186 units – 89 Independent Living units, 64 Assisted Living units and 33 memory care beds. The total cost for the 195,323 square foot community is $27,027,801 and opened June 1, 2022.

Harmony at Avon is operated by Harmony Senior Services. Various campus amenities include separate activity areas, an outdoor patio, a fitness/physical therapy center, a movie theater/meeting area, beauty and barber services, walking trails, a learning center and library, an onsite pub and bistro, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant grand dining room.
