The facility will be managed by Ohio-based Saber Healthcare Group, which has an excellent record for providing high quality skilled nursing and assisted living. Coral House will feature 119 private assisted living (87) and memory care (32) apartments in over 90,000 square feet. The spacious apartments offer several one-bedroom and studio floor plans designed to meet the needs of each resident.
