Harmony at Anderson will feature 95 personal care units, and 33 memory care units on a 9 acre site on Clough Pike in Anderson Township by Cincinnati, OH. The Community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, LLC (www.harmonyseniorservices.com). The site on which the Community will be developed is an assemblage of multiple parcels that were owned by separate sellers and Smith/Packett is creating an overflow basin on the adjacent township owned parcel for Clough Creek.

Harmony at Anderson will offer studio, 1 & 2 bedroom with kitchenettes for the personal care residences. There are numerous amenity spaces throughout the building for residents to enjoy along with a central living room, a grand dining room, activity room, and outside courtyards for personal care and memory care. Other amenity spaces include a theater, bistro, salon, library, exercise, physical therapy, card/game rooms. Plus there is van and bus transportation service provided. The community services include concierge services and 24 hour on-site staffing.

Cintech Construction has commenced construction of the Community and has a projected opening at the beginning of 2023.
