Harmony at Brentwood, currently under construction, will provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in the exclusive Brentwood submarket of the Nashville, TN metro area.  A new 191-unit senior living facility with 84 units of independent living, 69 units of assisted living and 38 secured units of memory care will be located on a 10.46-acre site fronting Church Street East, across from The Estates at Brentwood apartment homes.  The area is highlighted by high-end residences, a number of medical centers, and a high concentration of professional offices. The facility will offer spacious living quarters across all levels of care, and is expected to open in spring 2019. The estimated total project cost is $40,000,000.
