Smith/Packett recently closed on the construction loan for a new 184 unit Senior Living Community with a Dedicated Memory Care Wing in the vibrant municipality of Coraopolis, PA, just outside of Pittsburg. Named Harmony at Diamond Ridge, this community is located at 3301 Market Place Blvd. This central location allows easy access to medical, residential neighborhoods, and Interstate 79. The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding to Harmony’s existing portfolio in Pennsylvania.

Located conveniently near Heritage Valley Kennedy and St Clair Hospitals as well as medical offices offering a wide range of specialties, Harmony at Diamond Ridge features 85 spacious Independent living apartments, 69 assisted living apartments and 32 Harmony Square apartments in a dedicated memory care wing. Harmony at Diamond Ridge features multiple outdoor courtyards as well as amenities like fitness and therapy rooms, a pub, game rooms, a chapel, a billiards room, a library a theatre, and a salon.

Harmony at Diamond Ridge will offer an assortment of living options and floor plans with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments available. The 194,294 square foot community has a Total Project Cost of nearly $37,000,000.

March Westin Construction commenced construction in January 2023 and the community is projected to open in the fall of 2024.
