Harmony at Douglassville Construction Complete – April 17, 2023

Smith/Packett has completed construction on Harmony at Douglassville, a senior living community situated on 8.7 acres at 4595 Timber Ridge Drive in Douglassville, Georgia.  Harmony at Douglassville features 115 units – 83 Assisted Living units and 38 Memory Care beds. The total cost for the 99,532 square foot community is $17,306,397 and opened June 27, 2023.

Harmony at Douglassville is operated by Harmony Senior Services. Various campus amenities include separate activity areas, an outdoor patio, a fitness/physical therapy center, a movie theater/meeting area, beauty and barber services, walking trails, a learning center and library, an onsite pub and bistro, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant grand dining room.
