Harmony at Elkhart- Construction Complete – August 17, 2022

Smith/Packett has completed construction on Harmony at Elkhart, a senior living community situated on 6.5 acres at 1129 Parkway Avenue, in Goshen, Indiana.  Harmony at Elkhart features 118 units –  82 Assisted Living units and 36 Memory Care beds. The total cost for the 106,252 square foot community is $17,088,590 and opened December 5, 2022.

Harmony at Elkhart is operated by Harmony Senior Services. Various campus amenities include separate activity areas, an outdoor patio, a fitness/physical therapy center, a movie theater/meeting area, beauty and barber services, walking trails, a learning center and library, an onsite pub and bistro, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant grand dining room.
