Harmony at Enterprise is located off Enterprise Road in Prince George’s County, Maryland, a suburb of Washington D.C. and will be operated by Harmony Senior Services.   

Harmony at Enterprise is comprised of 100 independent living units, 60 assisted living units and 32 memory care units in one building.  The four story, 192,249 square feet building has a total project cost of $43,799,300.

Harmony at Enterprise will be a part of the brand new Traditions at Beechfield, a master plan senior-oriented community which will also consist of 71 single-family attached units, 62 single-family detached units, 108 condominiums in four story buildings, and a 5,000 square foot community center. Being part of a senior-oriented campus will prove beneficial for the building as seniors can age in place.

The campus will also feature a walking path dedicated green space, a grand entrance off of Tradition Boulevard, a BBQ areas, three courtyards including one dedicated for memory care. The interior amenities include a theater, beauty barber, pub, three dining rooms, activity spaces, art therapy space, physical therapy, exercise space, library and many other amenities.

Kinsley Construction has commenced construction of the Community and has a projected opening mid-year 2022.
