Harmony at Enterprise Construction Complete – June 28, 2023

Smith/Packett has completed construction on Harmony at Enterprise, a senior living community situated on 7 acres at 12000 Traditions Blvd. in Bowie, Maryland.  Harmony at Enterprise features 192 units – 100 Independent Living units, 60 Assisted Living units and 32 Memory Care beds. The total cost for the 194,936 square foot community is $31,593,907 and opened August 7, 2023.

Harmony at Enterprise is operated by Harmony Senior Services. Various campus amenities include separate activity areas, an outdoor patio, a fitness/physical therapy center, a movie theater/meeting area, beauty and barber services, walking trails, a learning center and library, an onsite pub and bistro, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant grand dining room.
