Harmony at Greensboro – Construction Complete 3/15/20

Smith/Packett has completed construction on Harmony at Greensboro, a senior living community situated on 6.5 acres at Whitehurst Road in Greensboro, NC. Harmony at Greensboro features 177 units – 95 Independent Living units, 48 Assisted Living units and 34 memory care beds. The total cost for the 193,673 square foot community is $38,000,000 and opened March 23, 2020.

Harmony at Greensboro is operated by Harmony Senior Services. Various campus amenities will include a separate activity area, outdoor patio, fitness/physical therapy center, movie theater/meeting area, beauty/barber service, walking trails, learning center/library, bistro, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant grand dining room.
