Smith/Packett, LLC recently closed on the construction loan for a new 193 unit Independent Living and Assisted Living facility with Memory Care located northeast of downtown Pittsburgh. Named Harmony at Harts Run, this community is located on a 13.11 acre site on Harts Run Road.

The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, which has an excellent record of providing superior senior living management services. Harmony currently manages twenty-three Smith/Packett developed or acquired communities.

Harmony at Harts Run features 85 independent living apartments, 68 well-appointed assisted living apartments, and a 40-unit memory care wing that provides care for residents with Alzheimer’s. Harmony at Harts Run also features expansive common area spaces designed to enhance the lives of the residents within the community.

Harmony at Harts Run will offer a variety of floor plan options with one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio apartments available. Construction commenced June 2019 and the community is scheduled to open mid-2021.
