Harmony at Morgantown is a new 175-unit independent living and assisted living facility with a dedicated memory care wing in the affluent Cheat Lake community of Morgantown, WV.  The community is managed by Harmony Senior Services and has been opened as of September 2018. The 180,000 square foot facility has a total project cost of $34,000,000 and sits on an 8.9-acre site on Point Marion Road near The Pines Country Club.  The facility benefits from a scenic and convenient location that is within four miles of three hospitals.
