Smith/Packett has completed construction on a 181-unit Independent Living and Assisted Living Facility with a dedicated memory care wing in the high-growth Hampton Roads community of Chesapeake, VA.  This community is located at the intersection of Clearfield Avenue and Kempsville Road. This scenic and convenient location is a mile from Chesapeake Regional Healthcare Center and is also adjacent to several Medical and Physician’s offices. The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding to Harmony’s already strong presence in the Hampton Roads area, and features 86 spacious independent living apartments, 59 comfortable assisted living apartments, and 36 Harmony Square apartments in the dedicated memory care wing, as well as multiple outdoor courtyards and a walking trail designed to enhance the enjoyment of this Chesapeake Bay community.  Residents can choose from an assortment of living options and floor plans with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments available. The 188,000 square foot community has a total project cost of nearly $30,000,000.
