A new senior living community is currently being constructed in Savannah, GA, called Harmony at Savanah. The site is located near the Truman Parkway just minutes from historic downtown and the affluent community of Skidaway Island. This community will meet a growing need in Chatham County, Georgia by providing senior living that allows residents to age in place.
Harmony at Savannah will be operated by Harmony Senior Services and will feature 191 units–92 independent living units, 64 assisted living beds, and 35 memory care beds. The total estimated cost for this 4-story, 199,297 square foot community is $37,204,703 and is scheduled to be opened in fall 2019.
The campus will also feature a walking path through 6 acres of dedicated green space, a grand entrance amongst the Spanish Oaks, BBQ areas, and three courtyards–one dedicated for memory care. The interior amenities include a theater, beauty/barber, pub, three dining rooms, activity spaces, art therapy space, physical therapy, exercise space, library and many other amenities.
