Construction has begun on a 198,192 square foot senior living community on Peyton Way in Charleston, WV.  Total unit count is 196, consisting of 94 independent living units, 64 assisted living units and 38 dedicated to memory care.  It will be operated by Harmony Senior Services and is expected to be opened by winter 2020.
