Closed on Construction Loan 6/3/20

Smith/Packett recently closed on the construction loan for a new 183 unit Independent Living and Assisted Living facility with Memory Care in the growing Louisville, KY metro area (Jefferson County). Named Harmony at Tucker Station, this community is located on Taylorsville Road in the attractive Tucker Station area. This community is ideally situated in a growing part of Louisville, the State of Kentucky’s largest city, which features appealing residential and commercial uses nearby. The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding another state to Harmony’s already extensive portfolio of communities. Construction will commence in June 2020 and the community is scheduled to open in Spring or Summer of 2022.

Harmony at Tucker Station features 91 spacious independent living apartments and 64 comfortably appointed assisted living apartments, as well as a 28-unit secure Memory Care wing that provides care for residents with Alzheimer’s. Harmony at Tucker Station also features a myriad of common area spaces designed to enhance the lives of the residents within the community, and also features outdoor courtyards to provide residents with ample outdoor recreation space. Harmony at Tucker Station will offer a variety of attractive floor plan options with one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and studio apartments available. The 205,000 square foot community has a Total Project Cost of approximately $45,000,000.
