Harmony at Victory Station, a new senior living community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, located in the greater Nashville market area, opened for operation in July 2018. The 176-unit facility includes 93 independent living, 54 assisted living and 29 memory care units.  Wessex Capital secured the debt and equity financing for this $31,000,000 project. The community is operated by Harmony Senior Services and is within close proximity to retail, churches and area attractions. Residents will enjoy fine dining with an on–site chef and numerous recreational amenities, including a movie theater and pub, 24-hour concierge service, and 24/7 personal care.
