Harmony at Waldorf – Construction Complete – May 31, 2022

Smith/Packett has completed construction on Harmony at Waldorf, a senior living community situated on 9 acres at 11239 Berry Road in Waldorf, Maryland.  Harmony at Waldorf features 182 units – 78 Independent Living units, 66 Assisted Living units and 38 Memory Care beds. The total cost for the 106,252 square foot community is $30,886,653 and opened November 16, 2022.

Harmony at Waldorf is operated by Harmony Senior Services. Various campus amenities include separate activity areas, an outdoor patio, a fitness/physical therapy center, a movie theater/meeting area, beauty and barber services, walking trails, a learning center and library, an onsite pub and bistro, as well as a state-of-the-art kitchen and an elegant grand dining room.
