Harmony at Waldorf is located on Berry Road in front of Daniel of Saint Thomas Jenifer Elementary School, in Waldorf, Maryland, a suburb of Washington D.C. This is Harmony’s first venture into the Maryland market. This building will be the first independent living, assisted living and memory care senior housing in Waldorf which allows residents to age in place. Harmony at Waldorf will meet a high demand that exists in Charles County for senior housing.

Harmony at Waldorf will be operated by Harmony Senior Services and will feature 183 units, comprised of 78 independent living, 67 assisted living and 38 memory care units. The four story, 194,000 square feet building has a total project cost of $43,728,101.

The campus will also feature a walking path and dedicated green space, a grand entrance off of Berry Road, a BBQ area, three courtyards including one dedicated for memory care. The interior amenities include a theater, beauty barber, pub, bistro, three dining rooms, activity spaces, art therapy space, physical therapy, exercise space, library and many other amenities.
