Smith Packett is excited to announce the completion of construction and opening of a new senior housing building with 173 independent living, assisted living and memory care apartments located in Lynchburg, Virginia adjacent to Liberty University. The new 165,850 square foot independent and assisted living community has 4 stories located at the top of Candler’s Mountain with spectacular views. The building’s amenities include dining rooms, living rooms, exercise facility, chapel, pub, activities rooms, bowling alley, beauty barber spa, billiards, and much more. This new community operated by Runk & Pratt is on a campus which also includes a 90 bed skilled nursing facility developed by Smith Packett in 2013.
