Smith/Packett recently closed on the renovation loan for a 64-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located on the beautiful Rappahannock River in Middlesex County, VA. Named Dockside Health & Rehab Center, the community will be Managed by Saber Healthcare Group. The renovation will begin in June 2015 with work scheduled to be completed in early 2016.

Dockside Health and Rehab Center will contain a new spacious physical therapy center as part of the renovation as well as a secure outdoor courtyard with views of the Rappahannock. Dockside will offer a variety of living options with private and semi-private rooms available. The facility will be Medicare Licensed and offer outpatient therapy services.
