Smith/Packett is pleased to announce that it successfully completed the sale of four properties to HealthLease Properties Real Estate Investment Trust on May 16, 2014.  The portfolio consisted of two skilled nursing facilities and two assisted living facilities totaling 365 beds, including one property each in Virginia and Pennsylvania and two in North Carolina, with a purchase price of $49.4 million.
