The new skilled nursing facility of 90 beds will complete the Falls Run Senior Housing Campus in Stafford County, Virginia. The campus currently consists of a skilled nursing facility operated by Saber Healthcare and an independent living, assisted living and memory care building operated by Harmony Senior Services. This new state of the art single story 41,505 square feet skilled nursing facility will be operated by Saber Healthcare.

The beds were transferred from the eastern shore where they were not being utilized for the Stafford County community which had a need for beds. The total project cost will be $15,102,581.

Stafford Nursing and Rehabilitation will have a state of the art dedicated rehabilitation neighborhood, for short-term residents recovering from medical operations. There are private and semi-private rooms designed to meet the needs of each resident.
