Buncombe AL Investors, LLC is the new owner of approximately 7 acres as of February 12, 2015 off of Cobblers Way in Reynolds Mountain. The 90 unit Independent Living, 58 units assisted living and 24 unit memory care facility will be called The Crossings at Reynolds Mountain operated by Harmony Senior Services. The site is located on side of a hill with views of the mountains. Partnering with Synovus Bank the 170,430 square foot building total project cost is over $32,000,000.
