The Crossings at Spring Hill Assisted Living will be a part of the gated active adult Spring Hill Community in Lorton, Virginia. The new assisted living facility will include 74 assisted living units along with a 34 unit memory care wing for a total of 108 units. It is 75,948 square foot building with a total project cost of $18,729,288. Harmony Senior Services will manage the facility situated between Silverbrook Road, Mountain Lakespur Drive and Calla Lilly Court in Lorton, Virginia.
