Smith/Packett announced the successful sale of the University Park campus near Richmond, Virginia to Kayne Anderson Real Estate Advisors. The sale, which closed on November 6, 2015, included The Crossings at University Park, a 93 unit assisted living and memory care facility, The Pemberton at University Park, a recently completed 124-residence independent living building and surrounding undeveloped property. Smith/Packett’s affiliate, Harmony Senior Services, LLC, will continue to manage both facilities.
