The Crossings at Victory Station
The Crossings at Victory Station is a new senior living community in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, which is located in the greater Nashville market area. The 176-unit project will include 93 independent living, 54 assisted living and 29 memory care residences off Fortress Boulevard near the intersection of Hwy 96. Wessex secured the debt and equity financing for this $31,000,000 project, to be called The Crossings at Victory Station. The community will be operated by Harmony Senior Services. With close proximity to retail, churches and area attractions, this new community will offer residents fine dining with an on–site chef, numerous recreational amenities including a movie theater and pub, 24-hour concierge service, and 24/7 personal care. Smith/Packett will begin construction in October 2016 and the community is scheduled to open in early 2018.
