The Village at Columbia, located on the campus with The Crossings at Columbia, an existing 87-unit assisted living and memory care community (99% occupied), provides independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in Columbia, SC.  The new 109-unit senior living facility, made up of 87 independent living units, 11 assisted living units, and 11 memory care units, will be located on 5 acres fronting Clemson Road with conjoined access to The Crossings at Columbia. The campus offers a full continuum of senior housing options.  The ability to “age-in-place” on a single campus is a major advantage for residents at The Crossings and The Village at Columbia. The estimated total project cost is $21,000,000.
