The Village at Columbia, located on the campus with The Crossings at Columbia, an existing 87 unit assisted living and memory care community (99% occupied), will provide independent living, assisted living, and memory care services in Columbia, SC. The new 109 unit senior living facility, made up of 87 independent living units, 11 assisted living units, and 11 memory care units, will be located on a 5 acre site fronting Clemson Road with conjoined access to The Crossings at Columbia. Once completed, the campus will offer a full continuum of senior housing options. The ability to “age-in-place” on a single campus will be a major advantage for The Crossings and The Village at Columbia. The estimated total project cost is $21,000,000.
