Smith/Packett, LLC recently closed on the construction loan for a new 190 unit Independent Living and Assisted Living Facility with Dedicated Memory Care Wing in the beautiful lake-adjacent community of Mt Juliet, TN. Named the Residences at Mt. Juliet, this community is located in the vibrant and growing suburb of Nashville just east of the Nashville airport. The community is situated in a wonderful part of town with direct access to Belinda Parkway, with shopping, dining, and outdoor recreational areas nearby.

The community will be managed by Harmony Senior Services, adding to Harmony’s already strong presence in the Nashville Metro MSA. Construction will begin in Early 2019 and the community is projected to open in Mid 2021.
