The Wythe Health and Rehabilitation Center features 120 beds of skilled nursing with a dedicated memory care wing in the town of Rural Retreat, VA. Wythe Health and Rehabilitation is managed by Traditions Management and is projected to open in July 2015. The Wythe Health and Rehabilitation Center will be a newly constructed skilled nursing facility with a dedicated rehabilitation neighborhood for short-term residents recovering from medical operations. There are private and semi-private rooms designed to meet the needs of each resident. The 50,609 square foot facility has a Total Project Cost of $11,500,000.
